Situated right on Point Pelee Drive, it's a quick drive into town, or perfect for going to the Point.
The backyard is perfect for guests to enjoy the outdoors, with a well maintained large grassed area, and fire pit. Large enough to play frisbee, or Spike Ball, or whatever your choice of game is, the backyard is the perfect space.
The cottage is equipped with everything you need, and a man cave garage to end the night, if the weather isn't cooperating.
Located so close to Point Pelee National Park, and having many rentals around, its a perfect getaway spot in Leamington.
Great local spots to enjoy on your trip include Pelee Wings where you can rent all kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, or explore what their store has to offer.
Point Pelee Karting is just up the road to, which is a great spot to enjoy Go-Karting, or hit the driving range.
Erie Shores Golf & Country, and Orchard View Golf Course are nearby courses and are perfect for some rounds of golf

I purchased my first rental in 2017. I have always enjoyed being near and in the water. When I purchased my first property I knew I needed to share it with others. That lead to the first rental, Sunsets by the Bay. After a year of meeting some wonderful people, I purchased my second property. I continue to grow my portfolio by managing others lakefront properties.
I love hearing what brings guests into Leamington, and helping them to choose some adventures while they're in town.
